Two Palestinians Killed by Israeli Forces in Al Mughayyir Village North of Ramallah
Occupied Jerusalem, September 02 (QNA) - Two Palestinian young men were martyred by Israeli occupation forces today during an attack carried out by settlers, protected by the occupation forces, on Al Mughayyir village north of Ramallah.
The Palestinian Red Crescent said its crews treated two Palestinians who sustained live-fire wounds, one to the neck and the other to the back, during the attack by settlers and occupation forces on the village, before they were transferred to hospital.
The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), citing local sources, reported the deaths of the two young men following an attack by settlers accompanied by occupation forces.
The sources said settlers and occupation forces stormed the center of the village near the Grand Mosque, attacked two homes and stole sheep.
They added that Israeli army snipers took positions on buildings in the center of the village and opened live fire at Palestinians when residents attempted to confront the settlers as they were stealing the sheep. The two young men sustained critical injuries and later died while being transferred to hospital.
Cities, towns and refugee camps across the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem witness daily raids and incursions by Israeli occupation forces, accompanied by clashes, arrests, and the firing of live and rubber-coated bullets and toxic tear gas canisters at Palestinians. (QNA)
