Beirut, April 25 (QNA) - An Israeli airstrike on the south of Lebanon killed two people and injured 17 others, Saturday.

In its statement, the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health's Emergency Operations Center noted that the raid targeted the town of Safad Al Batikh in the Bint Jbeil District.

This adds to the numbers released earlier today by the Ministry showing that the death toll resulting from the Israeli offensive against Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 2,496 dead, in addition to 7,725 injured. (QNA)
