Astana, September 01 (QNA) - The Olympic Council of Asia, in collaboration with the Olympic Solidarity Program, will hold the 6th Athletes' Forum on Tuesday and Wednesday in Kazakhstan's capital, Astana.

The event will bring together 120 delegates representing 42 Asian National Olympic Committees, along with representatives from several international sports organizations.

The forum will address a range of topics and initiatives, including matters related to athletes' commissions within Asian NOCs, funding, safeguarding sports, preventing competition manipulation, and the role of athletes in promoting a safe sports culture across the continent.

Participants will also have the opportunity to join the Fun Run on Wednesday, organized by the Council in partnership with the Kazakhstan Olympic Committee, as part of the promotion for the 20th Asian Games scheduled to take place in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, in 2026. (QNA)
