N. Korea Rejects Washington’s Accusations Regarding “Cyber Threat”
Pyongyang, May 03 (QNA) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in North Korea has dismissed US accusations that Pyongyang poses a “cyber threat,” describing them as “pure fabrication.”
According to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), the ministry stated that these accusations are part of Washington’s attempt to justify its “hostile” policies toward North Korea.
A ministry spokesperson said that the United States is spreading “false” information about a “non-existent” cyber threat from his country for political purposes, arguing that such claims are intended to tarnish North Korea’s image.
He added that his country will take all necessary measures to defend its interests and protect its citizens’ rights in cyberspace, reaffirming its rejection of what he called an "absurd slander" from the American side. (QNA)
