President of the Qatar and West Asian Volleyball Federations Ali Ghanem Al Kuwari, expressed his pride in this decision, affirming that choosing Qatar to host this tournament is evidence of the confidence and appreciation that the Qatari sports system enjoys from the international sports community.

Al Kuwari said he was proud that Qatar has been awarded the honor of hosting the FIVB U-17 World Championships for Boys. He added that this reflects Qatar's advanced global position in hosting major events and represents an important step in our journey to develop sports at the age-group level.

The President of the Qatar and West Asian Volleyball Federations also extended his sincere thanks to the Qatar Olympic Committee, headed by HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani, praising the Committee's significant support for team sports, particularly volleyball.
