Gold Prices Fall Above 2 Percent
New York, April 2 (QNA) - Gold prices fell Thursday amid a stronger dollar and rising oil prices.
Spot gold fell 2.2 percent to $4,651.35 an ounce after hitting a two-week high earlier in the session.
US gold futures dropped 2.8 percent to $4,679.70.
As for other precious metals, spot silver fell 3.7 percent to $72.38, platinum rose 0.9 percent to $1,981.95, and palladium climbed 1.9 percent to $1,497. (QNA)
