Three Palestinians Martyred in Israeli Occupation Airstrike on Al-Nuseirat Camp
Gaza, October 19 (QNA) - Three Palestinians were martyred and others injured on Sunday in an Israeli occupation airstrike targeting Al-Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.
Local sources reported that the strike hit a residential home, causing the death of three civilians and leaving several others with varying injuries. With these deaths, the total number of fatalities since this morning rises to 10.
Earlier, the Gaza Ministry of Health announced that the overall toll from Israeli aggression on Gaza, since Oct. 7, 2023, has reached 68,159 deaths and 170,203 injuries.
The ceasefire agreement between Hamas and the Israeli occupation, reached in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, came into effect on October 10 after Israeli occupation government approval. The agreement included the withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from populated areas, the return of displaced residents to northern Gaza, and the first phase of a prisoner exchange as part of the first phase of US President Donald Trump’s initiative to end the war.
