Lebanese-Israeli Meeting in the US Concludes
Washington, April 14 (QNA) - The Lebanese and Israeli sides concluded their first direct meeting in Washington, which discussed a potential ceasefire and military de-escalation.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that talks lasted for two hours. Participating in the meeting were Lebanon's Ambassador to Washington Nada Hamadeh Moawad, and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
The Lebanese presidency revealed on Friday a US-Israeli agreement to hold a meeting at the headquarters of the US Department of State to discuss a ceasefire. (QNA)
