Israeli Intensive Airstrikes Leave 7 Injured, Cause Widespread Destruction in Southern Lebanon
Beirut, April 14 (QNA) - The Israeli occupation army continued its airstrikes and artillery shelling on Tuesday on several areas and towns in southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the occupation army carried out a massive explosion in the town of Khiam in southern Lebanon, while an Israeli airstrike targeted the previously destroyed Tyre Bridge in southern Lebanon.
An airstrike near the Al Khadra religious complex in Tyre resulted in 7 injuries; the wounded were transported to hospitals in Tyre.
Earlier, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced in a statement that the total death toll from the Israeli aggression since March 2nd had risen to 2,124 martyrs and 6,921 wounded. (QNA)
