Doha, April 14 (QNA) - General Authority of Customs participated in the 17th meeting of the Executive Council of the Customs Union Authority of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), held virtually, and chaired by HE President of the General Authority of Customs and Chairman of the Union's Executive Council Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Jamal, with the participation of senior officials from customs authorities across GCC states.

A statement by the Customs Authority on the platform "X" said the meeting discussed several topics related to GCC customs work, primarily organizing transit procedures and customs clearance amid current developments, as well as facilitating the flow of goods between member states, and reports from technical committees and teams, along with progress on projects under the strategic plan and operational activities of the authority.
