Brussels, May 12 (QNA) - European stock indices closed lower today, amid growing doubts about the possibility of a quick resolution to the escalation in the Middle East.
The pan-European STOXX 600 index fell 1.05 percent to 606.34 points. Germany's DAX index also declined, dropping 1.54 percent. France's CAC 40 index fell 0.95 percent. The UK's FTSE 100 index was relatively flat, closing down 0.04 percent. (QNA)
