Doha, November 21 (QNA) - Wales football national team coach Robert Page expressed his satisfaction with the 1-1 draw against USA in Group B match of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 at Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium.
In a statement after the end of the match, Page said it is very important not to lose the first match, adding that Gareth Bale acted smartly and succeeded in winning a penalty that enabled Wales to equalize at a crucial time.
Bale, who won the player of the match, confirmed that his country players did well in the game. (QNA)
