Doha, November 02 (QNA) - HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah visited the Italian forces participating in securing the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, as part of His Excellency's tour of the units participating in securing the tournament, and as part of the Ministry of Defense's preparations for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 event.
During the visit, His Excellency was accompanied by HE Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces Lt. Gen. (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al Nabit, HE Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense and Security Affairs Major Gen. (Pilot) Mohammed Abdullatif Al Mannai, who is also Chairman of the Ministry of Defense's Executive Committee for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, HE Commander of the Joint Force to secure the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Major Gen. Saeed bin Hussain Al Khayarin, and a number of ranking officers at the Armed Forces. (QNA)
