Sidra Medicine to Host Pediatric Neuroscience Conference in October
Doha, September 09 (QNA) - Sidra Medicine announced it will host the sixth Pediatric Neuroscience Conference (PNC 2026) from Oct. 29 to 31, running concurrently with the third GCC Pediatric Neurology Conference.
The three-day event will focus on cutting-edge diagnostic and surgical interventions for complex pediatric neurological disorders.
Conference Chair and Pediatric Neurologist Dr. Husam Kayyali emphasized that rapid advancements in genomics, precision medicine, gene therapy, and artificial intelligence are transforming pediatric care.
He said Sidra Medicine aims to leverage these innovations through enhanced clinical practice and medical education, positioning the event as a vital regional platform for knowledge exchange.
The scientific program will highlight clinical trials for rare neurological conditions, gene therapies, and AI applications in neurosurgery.
Scientific Planning Committee Chair Dr. Ruba Benini highlighted that the event will unite experts around an integrated scientific program to foster professional growth, while Pediatrics Chair Dr. Ahmed Al Hammadi stressed that merging the annual event with the GCC Pediatric Neurology Conference creates a vital platform for cross-border clinical collaboration and improved pediatric health outcomes.
