Gaza,September 07 (QNA) - A child and a young man were martyred on Monday from wounds sustained in Israeli Occupation Forces' (IOF) fire and bombing in the Gaza Strip.

WAFA News Agency reported that a six-year-old child was martyred from wounds he suffered weeks ago when Israeli forces shot him in the Zarqa area, north of Gaza.

A Palestinian was also martyred from wounds sustained in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a group of civilians Sunday night near the communications intersection in the Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza.

Five Palestinians, including two children, were martyred Sunday night, while several others were injured in Israeli airstrikes and shelling targeting homes, civilian vehicles, and gatherings of Palestinians across various parts of the Gaza Strip.

The death toll from the Israeli occupation’s aggression against the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,651 Martyrs, with 174,592 others injured. (QNA)
