Four Injured in 806 Russian Strikes on Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia Region
Kyiv, September 07 (QNA) - Ukrainian authorities announced on Monday that four people were injured in Russian strikes targeting Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region.
The National News Agency of Ukraine (Ukrinform) reported that Russian forces carried out 806 attacks on Zaporizhzhia over the past 24 hours, resulting in four people being injured.
It explained that Russian forces conducted numerous strikes on various areas across the Zaporizhzhia region, using 614 drones and several missiles, in addition to artillery shelling.
Since the outbreak of the war on Feb. 24, 2022, Russia and Ukraine have issued near-daily reports on the course of the fighting and the affected areas. However, these reports are often issued by the parties to the conflict themselves, amid the ongoing war, and not all of the claims have been independently verified. (QNA)
