QU Signs Agreement with Al Rayan Bank to Enhance Collaboration in Areas of Mutual Interest

Doha, September 06 (QNA) - Qatar University (QU) has signed a cooperation agreement with Al Rayan Bank aimed at strengthening collaboration in sponsorship, training, scholarships, and support opportunities for graduates.

The agreement was signed by President of Qatar University, Dr. Omar Al Ansari and Group Chief Executive Officer of Al Rayan Bank, Fahad bin Abdulla Al Khalifa in the presence of several officials from both sides.

The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation between the two parties and leverage their shared capabilities.

Commenting on the agreement, Dr. Al Ansari said: "This agreement reflects the University's commitment to expanding its partnerships with private sector institutions and strengthening the integration between university education and labor market needs. This supports the preparation of national talent and the development of their professional capabilities. This collaboration provides our students and graduates with practical opportunities that enable them to apply their academic knowledge and gain professional experience, further enhancing their readiness for their future careers."

For his part, Fahad bin Abdulla Al Khalifa said: "Our partnership with Qatar University reflects Al Rayan Bank's commitment to investing in Qatar's human capital and supporting the development of the next generation of national talent." (QNA)
