Doha, September 6 (QNA) - The Ministry of Justice, represented by the Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, in cooperation with the Supreme Judicial Council, launched the first training program in legal and judicial sciences for judicial assistants, with the participation of 13 judicial assistants.

The four-month program aims to support legal and judicial training pathways, develop the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of the participants, and enable them to perform their future duties efficiently and professionally. This will contribute to enhancing the quality of performance within the judiciary and consolidating the values ​​of integrity, impartiality, and independence.

The program covers a number of specialized legal and judicial topics, including provisions of the Family Law, the Cybercrime Law, general and specific provisions of the Penal Code, evidence in criminal, civil, and commercial cases, disputes arising from sales, lease, and contracting agreements, ownership and possession claims, criminal procedures and trial principles, the civil and commercial litigation system, judicial enforcement, judicial values ​​and traditions, and administrative law.

The program focuses on equipping participants with practical skills in analyzing documents and legal cases, drafting judgments, understanding Qatari judicial trends, and mastering litigation procedures in civil and criminal cases and appeals. It also covers managing court sessions, examining evidence, and verifying the integrity of preliminary investigation procedures.

The program is organized within the framework of cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Judicial Council, reflecting their commitment to developing the capabilities of national personnel and enhancing their legal and judicial competence. This, in turn, strengthens the quality of judicial work and supports the ongoing development of the justice system.

At the end of the program, participants will undergo a scientific assessment supervised jointly by the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Judicial Council. (QNA)
