Doha, September 10 (QNA) - Qatar's Ministry of Interior (MOI) concluded Thursday an aviation security inspection training course for officers, with the participation of personnel from security agencies across GCC countries.
The five-day course, organized by the Airport Security Department, covered several topics related to inspection procedures, prominent modern equipment and technologies utilized in airports, and an introduction to relevant international laws and standards concerning airport security.
The training program also included a field tour inside the airport covering various departments of the Airport Security Department, aimed at enhancing the practical aspect and acquainting participants with the nature and operational mechanisms across different sections. (QNA)
