Damascus, August 26 (QNA) - Russian President Vladimir Putin affirmed Russia's support for Syria's unity, sovereignty and security during a phone call held on Wednesday with his Syrian counterpart Ahmad Al Sharaa.
Putin reiterated during the call Moscow's rejection of the Israeli attacks and violations that impact Syria's sovereignty.
The two sides discussed the latest developments in the region and affirmed the importance of coordination and dialogue between Russia and Syria in a way that best serve the security and stability of Syria and the region. (QNA)
