QSE Index Opens Higher at Start of Wednesday's Trading
Doha, July 29 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index increased by 13.60 points, or 0.14%, at the start of Wednesday's trading, up to 10,036 points, supported by four sectors.
The market data showed gains in the sectors of Transportation (+0.72%), Industrials (+0.25%), Consumer Goods and Services (+0.20%), and Banks and Financial Services (+0.19%). Meanwhile, performance was negative for Telecoms (-1.29%), Real Estate (-0.41%), and Insurance (-0.08%).
At around 10:00 am, QSE recorded 3,688 transactions worth QR 40.264 million, involving 22.287 million shares. (QNA)آ
