Aman Center Concludes Awareness Events under 'Leaders of Tomorrow' Program
Doha, July 28 (QNA) - The Protection and Social Rehabilitation Center (Aman) of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work concluded its awareness activities today under the 'Leaders of Tomorrow' Program, in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense and the National Service Academy. The program delivered awareness workshops for children to promote community understanding of cyberbullying and online extortion.
Acting Executive Director of Aman Fadl Al Kaabi emphasized the importance of cooperation with the National Service Academy in raising awareness among program participants, whose number exceeded 500 during July.
Al Kaabi He noted that the program highlighted topics such as cyberbullying and online extortion and aimed to equip participants with social protection mechanisms and ways to prevent cyber extortion and bullying.
He reaffirmed the center's commitment to strengthening national identity and a sense of belonging among participating children, and continuing to support community service through awareness and interactive activities that develop leadership skills and build children's self-confidence.
Director of Aman's Community Awareness Department Bakhita Al Ghayathin also highlighted the center's commitment to participating in summer awareness events to highlight the most important basic steps to protect the child from any harm and to provide appropriate solutions that contribute to building the child's personality and consolidate the values of protection and responsibility among children and youth.
