Doha, July 21 (QNA) - United Development Company (UDC), the master developer of both The Pearl Island and Gewan Island, reported a net profit of QAR 115 million for the second quarter of 2026.

The company said on Tuesday that it generated revenues of QAR 885 million during the quarter, while net profit attributable to shareholders stood at QAR 119 million. Basic earnings per share were QAR 0.034.

Commenting on the results, UDC Chairman Ahmed bin Ali Al Hammadi said the company made "tangible progress" in its development and commercial activities during the second quarter.

He said UDC continued to implement strategic projects aimed at supporting future growth while maintaining strong operational performance, strengthening the appeal of The Pearl Island and Gewan Island as leading destinations for residential living, investment and upscale lifestyles. (QNA)
