Oil Prices Retreat at Settlement
New York, July 01 (QNA) - Oil prices fell today, by more than one percent at settlement, influenced by optimism regarding talks between the United States and Iran, and the resulting reduction in supply concerns.
Brent crude futures fell $1.38, or 1.89 percent, to settle at $71.57 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate crude futures dropped 92 cents, or 1.32 percent, to $68.58 a barrel, with both benchmarks hitting their lowest levels in more than four months. (QNA)
