Gaza, June 20 (QNA) - The number of Palestinians killed in ongoing Israeli strikes on Gaza City since early Saturday has risen to five, according to medical sources.
Medical sources in Gaza said that an earlier strike targeting a residential apartment belonging to a single family on Al Thalathini Street killed four people and wounded others.
The same sources added that a fifth person was killed in an Israeli strike near Al Saftawi intersection in northern Gaza City.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation naval forces opened machine-gun fire from warships at a number of fishermen in the waters off the southern Gaza Strip on Saturday morning.
Since a cease-fire was announced in the Gaza Strip in October 2025, more than 4,000 Palestinians have been killed or wounded as a result of ongoing violations and attacks. (QNA)
