Gaza, June 20 (QNA) - The death toll from the Israeli occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 73,023 people killed and 173,316 wounded, according to medical sources in Gaza.

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip said on Saturday that hospitals across the enclave had received five additional bodies of those killed and 43 injured people over the past 48 hours.

They added that the number of people killed since the cease-fire on Oct. 11 had risen to 1,012, with 3,208 wounded, while 784 bodies had been recovered from the rubble.

Many victims remain trapped under the rubble and on roads, as ambulance and rescue teams have been unable to reach them so far. (QNA)
