LoginRussian Attacks Cut Power in Parts of 5 Ukrainian Regions
Kyiv, May 27 (QNA) - Ukraine announced on Wednesday that new Russian drone and artillery attacks had cut power to areas across five regions.
Parts of the Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions lost electricity, Ukrinform, the Ukrainian national news agency, reported. It added that while repair work had already begun, its progress would depend on security and weather conditions, as the regions were currently experiencing severe thunderstorms and high winds.
Earlier in the day, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that its tactical aviation, attack drones, rocket forces, and artillery had struck facilities belonging to the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, as well as energy infrastructure utilized by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. (QNA)
