London, May 14 (QNA) - The Ministry of Transport (MOT) is taking part in the UK Rail 2026, which started Wednesday in Birmingham, UK.
The MOT's participation comes within the framework of its approach that aims at solidifying its successful partnerships and constructive dialogs, while keeping pace with latest world policies and trends in the transportation industry.
Such MOT engagements are also aimed at cementing cooperation with world countries and international bodies, let alone holding bilateral meetings that serve national interests and exchange of expertise.
The two-day event, which brings together leaders from across the UK rail sector, rail projects and operators, rolling stock OEMs, suppliers, innovators, and technology solution providers, tackles numerous important themes, including customer experience, digital innovation, AI, sustainability and decarbonization.
Other key themes include signaling systems, smarter rail control and monitoring, smarter rail infrastructures, funding, rail assets management, and relevant services.
UK Rail 2026 and its accompanying exhibition serve as the definitive platform for the entire value chain - designed to help visitors find and compare solutions, solve infrastructure challenges, and grow their professional network alongside the industry's key players. (QNA)
