Riyadh, March 25 (QNA) - The main Saudi stock index closed higher Wednesday, gaining 130.55 points to close at 11,079.93 points, with trading valued at SAR 5.7 billion.

The number of shares traded reached 262 million, with 246 companies seeing their share prices rise, while 18 companies saw their share prices decline.

The parallel Saudi stock index, "Nomu," also closed higher, gaining 59.32 points to close at 22,551.79 points, with trading valued at SAR 18 million and a volume of 2.8 million shares traded. (QNA)
