Kuwait Condemns Israeli Violations of Syria's Territory
Kuwait, October 04 (QNA) - The State of Kuwait voiced strong condemnation and denunciation of the violations of Syria's territory by the Israeli occupation, the latest of which is the completion of the so-called the "Sufa 53" line. These acts are a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of Syria and its territorial integrity, and a blatant breach of international law, Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
The statement stressed that continued Israeli occupation incursion into the Syrian territories forms an escalation that undermines security and stability in the region.
It renewed Kuwait's call for the international community to urgently take an action to comply Israeli occupation with international resolutions, mainly the 1974 Agreement on Disengagement and halt all repeated attacks on Syria's territory to avoid further escalation and tensions in the region.
