Doha, December 29 (QNA) - Al Sadd cruised to a 3-0 victory over Al Shamal at Al Shamal Stadium on Monday in the 11th round of the Doha Bank Stars League.

Al Sadd's striker Rafa Mujica scored all three goals for Al-Sadd, finding the net in the 18th, 50th, and 53th minutes.

The win marked Al Sadd's sixth of the season and their fourth in a row, lifting them to third place on 20 points. They now trail league leaders Al Gharafa by five points, after Al Gharafa suffered a 3-0 loss to Al Shahaniya on Sunday.

Despite the defeat, Al Shamal remain second in the standings with 21 points, having recorded only their second loss of the season. (QNA)
