Doha, September 06 (QNA) - Qatar Sports Club announced today the official signing of Belgian forward, Isaac Mbenza, to be with the team in preparation for the Qatar Football League (QNB Stars League) for the 2021/22 sports season, which will start on September 11.
Mbenza will replace Nigerian striker Anthony Okpotu, who was injured and recently had a ankle surgery, so he will miss the team's first leg of the league.
Mbenza is scheduled to join the club's training tomorrow, Tuesday.
On the other hand, Okpotu is expected to continue with the team to receive treatment, until the next winter transfer window, in which his final position will be determined.(QNA)
