Damascus, April 29 (QNA) - President of Syria, Ahmad Al Sharaa, discussed in a phone call on Wednesday with his Iraqi counterpart, Nizar Amidi, ways to expand joint cooperation and enhance coordination and consultation on issues of mutual interest, in a manner that supports security and stability in the region.

During the call, the Syrian president stressed the importance of the ties between Syria and Iraq and his country's commitment to strengthening and developing them across various fields. (QNA)
