Brussels, April 29 (QNA) - European stocks declined Wednesday as investors awaited quarterly earnings reports and the complex outlook for oil markets.

The Stoxx 600 index closed down 0.65 percent at 602.64 points, with most sectors and major exchanges declining.

France's CAC 40 fell 0.39 percent to 8,072.13 points.

Britain's FTSE 100 dropped 1.16 percent to 10,213.11 points.

Germany's DAX declined 0.31 percent to 23,943.74 points. (QNA)
