Kyiv, September 28 (QNA) – Ukrainian authorities announced Monday that 24 people, including eight children, were injured in Russian attacks targeting the city of Kharkiv and the capital, Kyiv.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration stated that the Russian attack on the city resulted in injuries to 20 people, including eight children.

Ukrainian news agency "Ukrinform" reported that four people were injured following an intense overnight attack involving missiles and drones, noting that several private homes sustained damage.

Russia and Ukraine have exchanged reports of attacks and casualties since the war began on February 24, 2022, while it remains difficult to independently verify all claims amid the ongoing military operations. (QNA)
