Doha, August 27 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index started Wednesday’s trading down by 0.10 %, losing 11.49 points to fall to the level of 11,394 points, compared to the previous session’s close, pressured by four sectors.
Figures from QSE showed a positive performance in the Telecoms sector by 0.93%, Insurance by 0.38 %, and Transportation by 0.34%.
Meanwhile, performance was negative in Real Estate by 0.07%, Industrials by 0.16%, and both Consumer Goods and Services and Banks and Financial Services by 0.21% each.
At 10:00 AM, QSE recorded 2,863 transactions worth QAR 59.126 million, distributed over 25.137 million shares. (QNA)
