Doha, April 23 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange index closed trading on Thursday down by 15.22 points, or 0.14 percent, to settle at 10,662.42 points.

During the session, a total of 157,679,281 shares were traded, with a value of QAR 448,346,606.147, through the execution of 27,391 transactions across all sectors.

Shares of 22 companies advanced, while 27 declined, and five companies maintained their previous closing prices.

Market capitalization at the end of the trading session stood at QAR 634,954,336,067.120, compared to QAR 636,550,373,855.672 in the previous session. (QNA)
