Doha, January 15 (QNA) - Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) launched the electronic portal "Research" to provide a comprehensive system for the submitted research applications to facilitate the researchers' procedures and save time and effort on the approvals required to accomplish their research works.

Meanwhile, the PHCC noted that the launch of the portal represents and extension of the digital transformation for the services in the PHCC, specially that it will provide essential tools with high efficiency to researchers on the approvals, in addition to providing safe monitoring for their research studies.

Executive Director of the Clinical Affairs Directorate at the PHCC Dr. Hanan Al Mujalli said that the electronic "Research" portal offers an easy-to-use, flexible and informative platform for the researchers so that they have a single access point for all information related to research submission and able to track their research plans according to appropriate timelines.

The PHCC realizes that the scientific research constantly produces new findings that can contribute to an effective and efficient health care, Al Mujalli pointed out.

She noted that combining research data systematically in policies and health practices lead to improvements in advanced health care provided to the public, predicting that the portal will be a method to encourage the researchers and help them conduct high-quality researches in the State of Qatar.
