European Stocks Close Higher
Brussels, November 05 (QNA) - European stocks closed higher at the end of Tuesday's trading.
The pan-European Stoxx 600 index ended trading up 0.1 percent, with most local markets closing higher except for Italy's FTSE MIB index, which was hit by a 7.1 percent drop in Ferrari shares after its car exports declined in the third quarter.
In turn, the industrial sector rose more than one percent after Citigroup raised its free cash flow forecast for British aircraft components company Melrose Industries by four percent for 2027/2028.
Healthcare shares fell by about two percent, while AstraZeneca shares fell to their lowest level in eight months.
The auto and spare parts sector index fell 1.8 percent to record its lowest level since January 2023. (QNA)
