Jeddah, September 25 (QNA) - Hosts Saudi Arabia face Oman in Jeddah on Saturday as they look to secure a second successive victory and strengthen their position in Group A of the Gulf Cup.
Saudi Arabia lead the group with three points after beating Kuwait 1-0, while Oman and Iraq have one point each following their 1-1 draw. Kuwait are bottom without a point.
Oman need a positive result to keep their semi-final hopes alive, while Saudi Arabia could seal their place in the last four with victory.
In the other Group A match, Iraq face Kuwait, with both sides targeting three points. A defeat would eliminate Kuwait from the competition. (QNA)
