LoginOil Prices Retreat on Hopes of a US-Iran Deal
Singapore, September 25 (QNA) - Oil prices edged lower in Asian trading today amid market optimism over the possibility of a deal between the United States and Iran.
Brent crude fell USD 0.74, or 0.69 percent, to USD 105.85 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude declined USD 0.81, or 0.86 percent, to USD 93.80 per barrel.
Oil prices had risen yesterday to their highest levels in a week, with Brent settling 3.4 percent higher and WTI gaining 2.7 percent. (QNA)
