GCCJPPI Produces 7 Special Episodes to Strengthen Gulf Identity During Gulf Cup 27
Kuwait City, September 23 (QNA) - The GCC Joint Program Production Institution (GCCJPPI), in collaboration with the Thirty Challenge program, produced seven special Gulf episodes marking the 27th Gulf Cup, which kicked off in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Wednesday.
The episodes aim to leverage the widespread reach of digital content to promote the Gulf identity, showcase the GCC nations' feats and highlight their shared bonds.
Director General of GCCJPPI Sheikh Mubarak Fahad Al Jaber Al-Sabah said the episodes feature sports and cultural questions, along with questions about the path of Gulf joint action and its milestones across a variety of fields.
The official added that they aim to familiarize emerging generations with the GCC's bonds, shared identity and common interests through a competitive youth format.
He highlighted that the collaboration with the Thirty Challenge program is based on the program's widespread popularity, particularly among young people, noting that its viewership has reached millions across the GCC states.
The seven episodes are being broadcast across digital platforms, including YouTube, as part of the institution's approach to reaching young people through the platforms they follow and presenting Gulf joint action and the Gulf identity in a modern format, he said.
The Director General emphasized that the institution seeks to make Gulf joint action a consistent presence in the content followed by young people, while leveraging the popularity of digital programs to engage younger audiences. (QNA)
