Jeddah, September 22 (QNA) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, will host the International Conference of the Saudi Society for Genetics Medicine on September 30, which will run for two days under the theme "From Diagnosis to Treatment in Genomics," with the participation of 30 speakers from within the Kingdom and abroad.

The conference represents a scientific platform for exchanging expertise and discussing developments in genetics medicine, contributing to the improvement of services provided to beneficiaries and raising awareness of genetic diseases.

The conference will include ten scientific sessions during which 30 research papers will be presented, and four specialized workshops on metabolic emergencies, therapeutic nutrition, interpretation of molecular results, and genetic counseling, in addition to a community awareness program at the conclusion of the conference proceedings.
