Doha, September 02 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed 101.52 points lower on Wednesday, down 1.03%, to settle at 9,751.31 points.
Trading volume reached 87,368,852 shares, with turnover totaling QAR 244,829,111.195 through 15,960 transactions across all sectors.
The shares of five companies advanced, whereas the shares of 44 others declined, while five companies maintained their shares' previous closing prices unchanged.
Market capitalization rose to QAR 585,873,464,555.544 at the close, compared to QAR 592,179,716,071.012 in the previous session. (QNA)
