Gaza, September 15 (QNA) - A Palestinian was martyred Tuesday from injuries sustained in Israeli occupation airstrikes on the Gaza Strip, while another was wounded.

Medical sources reported that the Palestinian succumbed to wounds sustained in an Israeli strike near Roundabout 17, southwest of Gaza City, last night.

A Palestinian was critically wounded after the Israeli occupation army opened fire directly on displaced people at Halawa camp, east of Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip.

Israeli occupation aircraft also carried out an airstrike targeting an area northeast of Gaza City, while occupation forces opened heavy fire east of Jabalia and Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip.

In the central Gaza Strip, Israeli occupation forces opened heavy fire north of Al-Bureij refugee camp, while Israeli naval vessels shelled the coast of Nuseirat.

In the southern Gaza Strip, Israeli occupation forces opened fire east of Al-Qarara, north of Khan Younis, as Israeli artillery simultaneously shelled areas south of the city.

Four Palestinians were martyred on Monday and dozens of others were wounded, some critically, in Israeli occupation airstrikes, shelling and gunfire targeting various areas across the Gaza Strip.

The death toll from the Israeli occupation’s aggression against the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,786, with 174,771 others injured. (QNA)
