Doha, September 13 (QNA) - Ooredoo Qatar has earned double recognition at the 2026 International Finance Awards, winning Best Telecom Company – Qatar 2026 and Best Digital Transformation Telecom Company – Qatar 2026.
In a statement, the company said that the awards recognise both Ooredoo's continued leadership in Qatar's telecommunications sector and the progress of its transformation into an AI-powered technology company, combining next-generation connectivity with advanced AI, cloud and digital capabilities to support Qatar's advancing digital economy.
Commenting on the awards, Thani Ali Al Malki, Chief Strategy and Digital Transformation Officer at Ooredoo Qatar, said, "These two honours validate our strategic direction and the transformation underway across our business.
