London, August 07 (QNA) - Manchester United announced today that Turkish goalkeeper Altay Bayindir has joined Spanish side Celta Vigo on loan.

In a statement released today, the English club said Bayindir has agreed to join Celta Vigo for the 2026-27 season, with an option to make the move permanent.

The 28-year-old goalkeeper joined Manchester United from Turkish club Fenerbahce in 2023 on a contract running until June 2027, becoming the first Turkish footballer in the club's history.

Bayindir made 17 appearances for Manchester United across all competitions, gaining experience at the highest level in both domestic and European competitions. (QNA)
