Amman, August 21 (QNA) - Qatar's U19 handball team continued their positive run at the 11th Asian Men's Youth Handball Championship in Amman, defeating Kuwait 30-19 on Friday in the second round of Group B.
Qatar secured their second consecutive victory after dominating the match, benefiting from strong tactical discipline, attacking efficiency and solid defensive performance.
Qatar opened their campaign with a 30-22 win over Saudi Arabia, taking their tally to four points and strengthening its chances of advancing from the group.
Qatar will face Iran on Sunday in the third round before concluding the group stage against Syria on Monday.
