Doha, August 16 (QNA) - The Qatar Stars League (QSL) Foundation on Sunday held the Technical Meeting for the 1st leg of the 2026-2027 Doha Bank Stars League.

During the meeting, several topics related to the organizational and administrative aspects of matches were reviewed and discussed.

Emphasis was placed on the importance of commitment and cooperation among all parties, including organizers and match officials, to ensure that the competitions are organized according to the highest standards.

The instructions and guidelines for match day procedures were also reviewed, along with the necessity for all parties concerned to adhere to the designated arrival times at the stadiums.

Accreditation procedures and the designation of official areas within the stadiums were also discussed.

In his remarks, Director of Competitions at QSL Ahmed Salman Al Adsani emphasized the importance of continued cooperation and coordination among QSL, league clubs, and all relevant parties.

In turn, representative of Qatar Football Association's Referees Department Jassim Al Hail stressed the importance of cooperating with the refereeing teams and adhering to their decisions during matches, adding that this contributes to creating a suitable environment for managing matches and promoting discipline on the field.

The Technical Meeting came as part of the Foundation and clubs' preparations for the start of the new sporting season, and QSL's keenness to enhance coordination with all partners and entities, in order to ensure a successful and organized start to the 2026-2027 Doha Bank Stars League. (QNA)
