Palestinian Injured By Israeli Gunfire in West Bank
Occupied Jerusalem, August 10 (QNA) – A Palestinian young man was wounded by live ammunition shrapnel during an Israeli occupation raid on Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank, early Monday.
Palestinian news agency (WAFA), citing local sources, reported that Israeli occupation forces stormed the camp, raided and searched several Palestinian homes, and ransacked their contents amidst heavy gunfire. This resulted in a young man being wounded by shrapnel in the foot, after which he was transferred to hospital for treatment.
Cities, towns, and refugee camps in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem witness daily raids and incursions by Israeli occupation forces and settlers, accompanied by clashes, arrests, and the firing of live ammunition, rubber-coated bullets, and tear gas at Palestinians.
